Breakfast Egg-Bites Recipe
They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but sometimes finding the time to eat a “proper” breakfast when you are constantly on the go can be difficult.
That’s where these air-fryer egg bites are handy. They can be made the night before and kept in the fridge, and they take no more than 20 minutes to make!
Ingredients:
3 Eggs
Grated Cheese
Mushrooms
Tomatoes
Alternate Filling:
Bacon
Spring Onions
Ham
Spinach
Method:
Whisk the eggs and season well.
Add your choice of filling/s.
Divide mixture into silicon cupcake cases and put into the air fryer.
Cook at 150 degrees Celcius for around 10 minutes.
