Yorkshire Pudding Recipe

For this recipe, you will need:
210g plain flour
6 eggs
300 ml milk
Method:
Pre-heat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius and drizzle the sunflower oil into the Yorkshire Pudding tins.
Pour the eggs into the flour and mix until smooth.
Gradually stir in the milk.
Add some pepper to taste.
Ladle the mixture into the Yorkshire pudding tins and cook for around 20 minutes.
